Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item.

If you have received a damaged/defective item or an item that is not the one you ordered, please contact customer service within 7 days of delivery .

Return Payment: Refund will be credited back to the original form of payment.

Return procedure:

Step 1. Request a return by emailing us at chicupme@gmail.com.

Step 2. Once we approve the request, you will get a shipping label through the email. 

Step 3. Check your shipping label. If all of the information is correct, print it out, attach to the return package, and drop off at your local shipping provider (corresponding to the label provider).

Step 4. We will process the return and credit the refund back to the original form of payment. If issues arise, we'll reach out to the customer through email.
